Our Change Skills training programme equips delegates with a comprehensive understanding of the change process, emphasising the human aspect of change.
As a participant you learn to navigate the complexities of change, your role in it, and apply an overall framework. Using key tools such as communication and ownership plans.
You will practise techniques to foster psychological safety and handle resistance, loss, and defence mechanisms effectively. The course also covers managing difficult conversations with productive reasoning and action planning.
We use forum theatre and role-play to create an immersive learning environment. We encourage you to experiment with techniques to raise your awareness during these difficult conversations. Reflect on your actions, and learn from other delegates in a safe environment.
